If you have already set a S/F point and saved a race session, then you can save a new track by doing the following:

1) Tap on RACES.
2) Find the session you want to make a new Track from.
3) Long tap on that race, and choose "Save to Tracklist".
4) Put in a name for this track.
5) There should be an option to "Share this Track" or similar. This will send the track to Paul, who will upload it to the SF database so that others can use your track when they are at that track.
6) Tapping on that will take you to the TRACKS menu, and if you long tap on the track there is a "Post Track to Server" option.

One more important thing:
You will have to save 2 different track setups if you are running the same track in different directions (CW/CCW). SpeedFreq sets not just a Start/Finish location, but a vector telling it what direction you are travelling when you set that S/F point.
